The company AGMA Forntid & Äventyr AB has kayaks, canoes and bicycles for rent and arrange transfer for both equipment and guests in the High Coast area. We do also offer complete tour packages with kayaking, trekking and bicycling combined with accomodation and meals at Lappudden outdoor center in Nordingrå, the heart of the world heritage area.

Lappudden outdoor center is very beautifully situated by lake Vågsfjärden in the central part of Nordingrå, only about 12 Kilometers from the E4 road. Once a bay, lake Vågsfjärden turned into a lake about 200 years ago due to the rising of the land, a phenomenon deriving from the latest ice time. In older times, Lappudden was a settlement for the indigenous people of northern Sweden breeding raindeer, the ”Sami” people, and the name ”Lapp-” is an old name for ”Sami”. Lappudden is a peaceful site, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature. Situated on a cape, it is surrounded by water, small forestry islands, mountains and valleys.

It is possible to start the kayak tour by Lappudden and, if you like, pass the former strait by foot (about 300 Meters) that ca 200 years ago connected lake Vågsfjärden with the Baltic sea. It is also possible to order a transfer to another place along the coastline to quickly reach the sea for a longer or a shorter trip on your own.

We do also sell combined tour packages with kayaking, bicycling and trekking.

Cabins and rooms for rent, a café during summer, conference room, traditional party hall for groups, outdoor wedding site, the High Coast trekking trail, rowing boats for rent, a small beach for our guests, barbeque hut, outdoor bath, traditional sauna.
